How do you keep the price unbelievably low?
We do not own individual stores, thus saving us the enormous costs that other custom tailors incur. We also do not advertise in the traditional sense; instead, we rely on our internet popularity and word of mouth recommendations from the abundance of existing satisfied customers. Hence, while your suit is tailored in a very traditional way, the structure of the company is extremely modern, from our sales process to the global spread of our tailoring workshops. These factors make us an extremely cost-efficient company and Donovan England is pleased to pass these savings onto you.

When will my custom suit be ready to wear?
After your initial consultation and measurement session, your ordered items will take around 3 weeks to make. Once we receive your shipment we will contact you personally within 2 business days to schedule the final fitting. It is during the final fitting that Donovan England provides you with an opportunity to try the custom product on in front of an expert. If your suit requires any 'tweaking', alterations can be made in a quick, efficient manner.

Can I have my suit tailored with working cuffs, boot-cut trousers, a single vent, three buttons, etc.?
During your consultation, you will be advised on the many options available to you. Furthermore, we are always happy to offer you our expert guidance in helping design a suit that will compliment not just your style but also your body shape.

Do you offer a lightweight, summer suit?
We have a wide range of lightweight fabrics to choose from that would be ideal for weddings, eveningwear, business, and other summer occasions. We can also offer you a cut and design that is more casual than a business suit. In essence, Donavon England provides suits for all seasons and all occasions. You will receive advice, guidance, and answers to these types of questions and more at the initial consultation.

What if my suit requires an alteration?
Donovan England stands by our high levels of craftsmanship and accuracy. However, should your suit require 'tweaking', we will have one of our tailors make the necessary alterations for you, at no extra cost. These alterations may take approximately 3 days to complete. We ask for your patience while we work to make your suit live up to the Donovan England name: luxury, distinction, and precision.

Can I order a second pair of trousers?
Ordering a second pair of trousers is a great way of prolonging the life of your suit, as most clients find they use the trousers more often. Furthermore, you can vary the style of the same suit (e.g. by alternating between a modern and traditional style). Trousers are priced at approximately one third of the value of the suit, but may vary depending on your other Donovan England purchases. We pride ourselves in endorsing client convenience; hence, Donovan England is anywhere our clients need us.
